"A powerful at-home alternative to in-office skin exfoliation procedures"
I got this deluxe size of the Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion from Sephora with my points, and if I'm correct, this was back in the beginning of summer. So around the month of May or June and I have been using it occasionally like once every few weeks. My skin is pretty sensitive and doesn't need exfoliation that often, but I like to do it once in a while. This skin exfoliate lasted me a pretty decent time even if it was just a small size. It's in a squeeze tube, the product is white and very grainy. You might not be able to tell in the photo, but on the skin it felt like sand but a lot more gentler. A little of this can cover the face and while I massaged it on my skin, it felt cooling and after I rinsed it off, it left a tingling sensation on my skin. (It smells a little minty as well) It felt really nice, I liked that this didn't irritate my skin, even though it might be considered quite abrasive for some people. My tip for a harsh exfoliator is to take half the size of the amount you usually use of your exfoliator, and add your skin cleanser to it. I find that doing this, it makes the exfoliator a lot less harsh and you also use a lot less, so it can last you a lot more. I did that sometimes with this if I felt like it was too harsh for my skin or if my skin felt more sensitive that day. I feel like that tip is very useful for me and might be helpful for you guys as well.
My overall thought of this skin exfoliant is that, it really works. My skin felt a lot smoother after I used this and it didn't irritate my skin at all. The only down side is the price. I checked the sephora website to see the price and everything, and this stuff is pretty expensive... I don't know how I feel about that and I am pretty sure I wouldn't purchase it. It was nice to get to try it out with my points, and if I happen to be able to get another deluxe size with my points, that would be awesome. I just wouldn't spend that much money on this product, even though it worked really well.
